Welcome to the web site of Reem Bridals LLC (d/b/a Reem Acra) ("Reem Acra", "we", "us" and/or "our"). 

The Site is operated by Reem Acra and has been created to enable purchases of our products and to provide information about our organization ("Reem Acra ") to our visitors ("you", "your"). This Privacy Policy sets forth Reem Acra's policy with respect to information including personally identifiable data (including, by way of example, name, address, preferences, credit card number, Wish List items, billing and shipping addresses) ("Personal Data") and other information that is collected from visitors to the Site. We will only collect information about you when you are willing to provide it. You are not legally required to provide us with any information, but in order to access our services, order products, ask us questions or give us feedback you will need to provide with certain details.

Reem Acra uses the Personal Data you provide as necessary and in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.

  • provide our goods and services to you and for associated purposes;

OUR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER INFORMATION 

Reem Acra is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below: 

Business Transfers: As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets. We will only disclose your information in relation to such potential transactions where it is necessary to do so. 

Agents, Consultants and Third Parties: Reem Acra, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include mailing information, maintaining databases, managing customer reviews and moderation and processing. When we use another company to perform services on our behalf we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function. In some cases these third parties may request additional information directly from you in order to carry out their services, these third parties may have their own privacy terms which we recommend you review. 

Legal Requirements: Reem Acra may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of Reem Acra, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Site or the public, or (iv) protect against legal liability.

If you provide Personal Data to the Site, you acknowledge that such Personal Data may be transferred from your home country to Reem Acra and appointed third parties (as referred to in this Privacy Policy) to the United States. YOUR CHOICES 

You can use the Site without providing any Personal Data. If you choose not to provide any Personal Data, you may not be able to use certain Reem Acra Services or we may not be able to provide you with our products. 

EXCLUSIONS 

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data collected by Reem Acra other than Personal Data collected through the Site. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to Reem Acra through the Site or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Site, such as bulletin boards (collectively, "Public Areas"), any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, "Unsolicited Information"). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and Reem Acra shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution. 

CHILDREN 

Reem Acra does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Site. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Data on the Site without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to Reem Acra through the Site, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site. The Site may contain links to other web site not operated or controlled by Reem Acra (the "Third Party Site"). The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to the Third Party Site. The links from the Site do not imply that Reem Acra endorses or has reviewed the Third Party Site. We suggest contacting those site directly for information on their privacy policies. 

SECURITY AND DATA RETENTION 

Reem Acra takes reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data provided via the Site from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free. In particular, email sent to or from the Site may not be secure. Your continued use of the Site after any changes or revisions to this Privacy Policy shall indicate your agreement with the terms of such revised Privacy Policy.

YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS 

Applicable California privacy legislation permits visitors who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request to access such information, please contact us at customerservice@reemacra.com. Within thirty (30) days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of Personal Data disclosed to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. We reserve our right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the address specified in this paragraph. 

YOUR EUROPEAN PRIVACY RIGHTS 

The GDPR entitles European residents certain rights in relation to their Personal Data. Under certain circumstances, if you are a European resident by law you have the right to: 

  • update, modify, delete or obtain (commonly known as a "subject access request") a copy of the Personal Data that we hold on you; or

Where appropriate, we will respond to your requests relating to your Personal Data in writing or by email. If you require our response in a different format, please let us know. 

If you are not happy with the way that we have handled your Personal Data or a data subject request you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular (for EU based individuals) in the European Union (or European Economic Area) state where you work, normally live or where any alleged infringement of data protection laws occurred.
