The American University of Beirut was the scene of Reem Acra’s first fashion show - she graduated from the University with a BBA in 1982.
It was there that she nurtured her dreams of becoming a fashion designer, and began to put the dream to reality.
Her first show garnered critical acclaim from the local press. She has since become very involved with the school as an alumnae and spends time helping other students follow their dreams.
